Gas delivery in Derry

Foyle Gas delivers bottled gas across Derry — free to BT47 and BT48, usually within 24 hours.

What we deliver

Propane, butane and patio gas, from a cylinder you can carry in one hand up to a 47kg propane. See the full range and prices, or read which cylinder you need if you are not sure.

Where that covers

BT48 is Derry city west of the Foyle — Culmore, Pennyburn, Springtown, Rosemount, Creggan, Shantallow, Galliagh, Carnhill, Ballymagroarty and Ballyarnett.

BT47 is the Waterside and east of the river — Drumahoe, Newbuildings, Strathfoyle, Prehen, Ardmore, Eglinton, Greysteel and Claudy.

If you are not sure which postcode you are in, ring us and we will tell you in a second.

How soon

Usually within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. We are on Springtown Road with our own stock, so in most cases it is the next run.

How to order

Ring 028 7126 8289 and tell us the size, or order online and we will bring it out on the next run.

Outside BT47 and BT48

Ring us and ask. Free delivery is those two postcodes, but it is worth a phone call rather than assuming — and if we cannot reach you we will tell you who can.

On an exchange

Bring the empties and pay for the gas. There is no charge for the bottle itself on an exchange.
